Note about airport transfers in Hanoi!!!
If you use our airport transfers in Hanoi, please look for a driver holding a yellow paper with your name printed on it. From 2018, no driver is allowed to welcome customers in the arrival hall. Therefore, he waits for you at pillar number 10 (see the first photo below) just outside of the arrival hall (don’t go to Information Desk). He also gives you our business card to identify himself. If you happen to see a driver holding a paper with your name handwritten on it, please refuse as he may take you around just for the commission.

Im writing to organise airport transfers to The Camellia Hotel on the 1st of November 2014 then back to the airport from The Camellia on the 13th of November 2014 for one person. Could you let me know if this would be possible and the cost.

Hello Colin. This is possible and the cost is 27$US for a private car, not a taxi. Please send your arrival flight details (air carrier, flight numbers and estimated landing/departing hours) to offroadvietnam (at) gmail.com and we will send a driver to meet you at the airport. Thanks.
