We have been offering this new service since early 2021. Budget motorbike rental from Offroad Vietnam Motorbike Adventures includes the older fleet that we no longer provide as the standard fleet. In return, they are about 30% cheaper than the current fleet. Most of them are for sale if you are interested, we also accept instalment payments.

To be more specific, these bikes or scooters are older than 6 years or have ridden over 30,000km. Most of these bikes are on the for-sale list. However, there are some customers who are on a budget and want something cheaper. Therefore, we still offer this as an option before we sell these bikes. Despite the full support and excellent quality of maintenance and service, there are still possible minor issues due to the age of the bikes. Honestly, we would encourage our customers to hire the standard fleet.

Support For Budget Motorbike Rental

We go out of the way and offer support and assistance for these budget motorbikes. However, you may expect some delay in parts because they are not the current products and parts may need to be ordered. We will try our best to provide maximum support and part replacements.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC SCOOTER SYM ELEGANT 100CC

This 2011 SYM Elegant was rebuilt in early 2021 and is our commuter scooter for buying spare parts. It’s just old, everything works and is very reliable and cheap on gas. The most famous thing about this scooter is the super-strong frame that many local people use as a tractor. It shares many parts with Honda Wave or Dream. From our recent test ride, it only uses around 1.6 litres of gasoline for every 100km (in city traffic). The cost of rental is 700,000 VN Dongs per month. In fact, it’s one of our cheapest budget motorbike rentals. However, it’s in no way as smooth as our standard Honda Wave or Blade, so expect some issues if you choose this budget scooter :)

FULLY-AUTOMATIC SCOOTER HONDA CLICK 110CC

This 2009 scooter was imported from Thailand and received many updates in early 2021 like a new carburettor, fully synthetic engine oil, and transmission clutch. It works smoothly and cheap on fuel for a fully automatic, just around 2.2 litres of gasoline for every 100km (in the city) and can be less on highways. You can hire it for 1,100,000 VN Dongs per month.

A good thing about this scooter is it’s light, fast, and powerful. In addition, a handy storage box under the seat is useful for personal things.
