About Honda XL 125cc Dirt Bike
A good, well-maintained dirt (trail) bike is the cornerstone of every enjoyable enduro tour.
As always, this is a compromise between bike purchasing cost (we’re not sponsored by any motorcycle company – the touring business here is too small to be attractive for any bike manufacturer), bike operating cost, availability of spare parts, reliability and the “fun factor” of the bikes.
Considering all this, we purchased four-stroke Honda XL 125. In fact, this is fairly lightweight, durable, and a barrel of fun.
Made in 2002, Honda XL 125s 4-stroke, 125 cc is suitable for Vietnamese mountain roads which are small and have many blind curves. We use the latest model of Honda XL125 and many shops still use very old models with only kick start, ours is the electric start!
With the arrival of the new Honda XR series, we discontinued this model in 2012. From 2013, you can rent 2013-2015 Honda XR125L or Honda XR150L from late 2016. In fact, the newer XR series is more reliable despite the smaller wheels!

Dear Ashraful. Sadly, we didn’t use this model from 2010. We now use the new Honda XR150 and have no Honda XL125 left. In addition, we are in Vietnam so can’t help with buying this bike in your country. Good luck.

Hello Abdullah. We are based in Hanoi only and unfortunately couldn’t assist you this time. Sorry no one-way motorcycle hire is available at the moment from our company. We discontinued Russian Minsk in 2007 and even Honda XL125 last year. We use the latest models of 125cc Honda motorbikes now. Good luck with your research.
