About Honda XR125/150 150cc Dirt Bike
Offroad Vietnam is proud to introduce the smallest entry dirt bike series from Honda, the Honda XR125/150. This is the best seller of the new 125/150cc off road motorbike product throughout the world (this is the special thing about Honda). In fact, riders love this bike for its simplicity, solid look and reliable performance.
The XR125/150L presents you a challenge to master the machine, a challenge to adventure. You ride through the wind, linked to the road by a vehicle that responds to your commands as no other does. Unlike an automobile, there is no metal cage around you. Like an aeroplane, a pre-ride inspection and regular maintenance are essential to your safety. All in all, your reward is freedom.
Take on bigger road challenges with the NEW Honda XR125/150L. It’s enough to keep you riding on or off the road.
In reality, XR125 and XR150 are very similar, the only differences are engine, headlight and speedometre. We replaced a more powerful 150cc 4T engine from Honda CBF150 that ensures low emission. It’s a whole engine, not an over-bore kit and even more powerful than the original engine on Honda XR150 (14.9HP vs 12.6 HP)! In addition, Euro-2 Compliant engine makes it a very smooth dirt bike to ride.
Front Disk Brake
It has front disk brake for highest braking confidence and security. On the other hand, the rear brake is drum so you can control it easily.
We sent ahead of our competitors and replaced the original carburettor with a better one. It uses a bit more fuel (3-3.5l/100km instead of 2.5-3l, that means just 0.5l for every 100km) but provides a much better/ smoother acceleration. We believe you have at least 2HP more. In reality, we can ride up steep hills with the 4th or 5th gear and rarely have to use the Choke in the morning (the original carb needs the Choke to start!). You don’t have this great improvement from any of our competitors in Hanoi. It’s our expertise that brings more pleasure to your riding experience.
Full dashboard to make your driving experience more comfortable and safer like on XR250.
Practical and useful multi-functional grill that lets you carry everything you need.
Equipped with AHO (Automatic Headlight On) for more visibility on the road and safer ride.
– This Honda XR125/150 is not really suitable for riding two up on one bike because of the HP, seat and luggage added. Ideally, riding solo is the best option. If you have to ride two up, relax often and don’t ride long every day, especially after dark or on rainy days.
– We are based in Hanoi, Northern Vietnam only. Therefore, we don’t offer bike hire outside of Hanoi nor one-way rental. Sadly, we have nobody to recommend because we don’t know their bikes or quality of services.
To have an idea how this dirt bike manages off-road riding please watch this video. Even it can’t handle difficult off-road as well as the larger Honda CRF250L or Honda XR250, this is still a great option for exploring Vietnam.
