About Honda XR150L Dirt Bike
Offroad Vietnam is proud to introduce the latest entry dirt bike series from Honda, the Honda XR150L. In fact, this Honda XR150L was improved from the Honda XR125L which has been great and a pleasure to ride. Not as strong, big, powerful or heavy as Honda XR250 but it offers more reliability and lighter weight. All in all, this is a great choice between the Honda XR125L and XR250.
Honda XR150L presents you with a challenge to master the machine, a challenge to adventure. You ride through the wind, linked to the road by a vehicle that responds to your commands as no other does. Unlike an automobile, there is no metal cage around you. Like an aeroplane, a pre-ride inspection and regular maintenance are essential to your safety. All in all, your reward is freedom.
The XR150L adds a new dimension to Honda’s proven farm range. For those that know off-road motorcycles, Hondas XR range is legendary. The XR150L replaces the tried and tested XR125L and features an all-new larger, updated engine, with an offset crankshaft, roller rockers, a lighter piston, and a redesigned oil cooling path to further increase reliability.
It is reliable, low maintenance and as a bonus, it is also one of the few road registrable farm bikes. The XR150L also has a more comfortable seat, new modern dash, new headlight, and updated bodywork. If you are looking for a durable, lightweight, and nimble 2-wheel farm bike, look no further.

The 149cc engine has a smooth and constant power delivery. In addition, the five-speed gearbox offers great flexibility a powerful front disc brake aids handling. The electric start makes it easy to get things moving when you want to deal with those early morning jobs. However, kickstart is still available in case you have a flat battery or a blown fuse.
We sent ahead of our competitors and replaced the original carburettor with a better one. It uses a bit more fuel (3-3.5l/100km instead of 2.5-3l, which means just 0.5l for every 100km) but provides much better/ smoother acceleration. We believe you have at least 2HP more. In reality, we can ride up steep hills with the 4th or 5th gear and rarely have to use the Choke in the morning (the original carb needs the Choke to start!). You don’t have this great improvement from any of our competitors in Hanoi. It’s our expertise that brings more pleasure to your riding experience.

This model was made in China and is exported worldwide. Honestly, the quality of motorbikes that were made in China is somewhat lower than in other countries. However, they are among the cheapest so we have no complaint. Through the years, we have made some customization to make this bike more robust like replacing the better bearings, tires, cables, and some engine components. Even these bikes are not new, they work like champs.
Important about Honda XR150L
– This Honda XR150L is not really suitable for riding two up on one bike because of the HP, seat, and luggage added. Ideally, riding solo is the best option. If you have to ride two-up, relax often and don’t ride long every day, especially after dark or on rainy days.
– We are based in Hanoi, Northern Vietnam only. Therefore, we don’t offer bike hire outside of Hanoi nor one-way rental. Sadly, we have nobody to recommend because we don’t know their bikes or the quality of services.
