Tempo of the tour and the stop-over

Brilliant. We had experienced riders and our guide set a fast pace for the trip which made the roads challenging but very fun. Plenty of time for photos.

Bikes and equipment

The Honda 160cc were fantastic fun, very light and strong with enough power for Vietnamese roads. Only 1 small problem with a chain which was fixed quickly.

Accommodation

All the accommodation was great but especially the hotel in Sapa and the last home stay (Vu Linh).

Food

The food was a big surprise, extremely tasty and plenty of local food and big portions. Also, a special restaurant in Sapa that was brilliant.

Guide and organisation

Long was great as a guide, translator and mechanic. Very knowledgeable and a great drinking partner.

The price

The price is high compared to some tours but you get good value for money.
