We had an unbelievable time on our motorbike tour and are looking forward to doing another Off road Vietnam tour in the future. The Handspan Halong bay cruise was excellent. The Indo China junk was fantastic, pity they had to paint it white. Please find below my review. I also sent a review to Lonely Planet.

Tempo of the tour and the stop-over

Good pace and stopped about every hour or so.

Bikes and equipment

We rode the XR 250’S and they didn’t miss a beat.

Accommodation

We had 4 homestays and 2 nights in a hotel. Homestays were the stand out of the trip. Hotels were comfortable.

Food

The food was brilliant, especially at homestays.

Guide and organisation

Mr Chung our guide was great and spoke English well. Mr Anh Wu made organising our trip a breeze, from airport transfers, hotels to a Halong Bay cruise Anh sorted the lot.

Worth every cent.
