Tempo of the tour and the stop-over

Good tempo, flexible itineraries based on abilities and weather etc.

Bikes and equipment

Motorcycles should be more suited to the off-road conditions hybrid road/trail bikes of a larger cc would be more suitable and larger for the Western customers. Better protective equipment is required. Helmets should be of proper sizes.

Accommodation

The accommodation was of good standard with exception of one night in Tuan Giao.

Food

The food was excellent. Would prefer more authentic Vietnamese and less tailored to Western tastes.

Guide and organisation

Guides (Ngoc and Minh) were first class, able to tailor the tour to the group requirements and also provide information on all the locations and routes and minority groups. In addition, the guides were friendly and able to deal with any situations that arose.

The price

The price was reasonable for the quality of the tour.
